Ashland Youth Basketball

Mission Statement

Ashland Youth Basketball Association is dedicated to developing players basketball skills while creating a fun and equitable environment that enables individual and team excellence.

Ashland Youth Basketball offers: Skills/Drills and Games, In-Town, and Travel Team Programs.

In-Town starts in Mid November and last through mid February. In-Town teams practice once a week. They will play normally one game a week on either Saturday or Sunday.

Travel Team practice twice a week and compete in the Metrowest Basketball League. Travel Teams will also compete in additional tournaments as directed by assigned coaches. Travel teams season begins in late October and ends with the Ashland Tournament in late February. Players will participate in 20-35 highly competitive games.

Skills/Drills and Games is an eight week program that begins in January and runs through February. This is designed for 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders who wish to learn the basic skills, dribbling, shooting, passing and defensive. This program is run on Saturdays.
